The latest Nottingham scheme to be brought forward by Nottingham Regeneration Limited and Blueprint is Nottingham MediPark, a proposed cluster around Queen's Medical Centre, aimed at companies that need to be close to a teaching hospital.
Nottingham MediPark is a proposal for development on land adjacent to the Queen's Medical Centre - one of the largest hospitals in the UK. This new science park will draw on the benefits offered from immediate proximity to a major hospital for uses such as clinical studies and medical technology development. Studio Egret West is currently drafting a Masterplan with an estimated two-year lead-time for development.
